Our Story
At Gailos Trini Kitchen, we are passionate about creating pre-packaged and fresh roti, pepper sauce, and Caribbean cakes. Bringing a bit of "back home" to Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, we prepare high-quality foods for you to enjoy at home. The name Gailos comes from Ashley-Gail, Head Chef who runs Gailos along with Dana and Ken, partners in life and food!
